Soloist Private Event Rates:

Downtown Toronto: $200
Missasauga, Scarborough, East York, North York, Thornhill, and Etobicoke: $250 to $300 (depending on distance)
Weekly Nightclub or Restaurant Performance: $100
Second performance within one hour of first performance is half price

Group Private Event Rates (Downtown Toronto):

2 dancers: $400
3 dancers: $525
4 dancers: $680
5 dancers: $825

Q: What happens in a bellydance performance?
A typical solo performance includes an exciting entrance piece using a veil. The dancer will then perform to a variety of songs, ending the show with a dynamic percussion solo. The show can include audience participation such as getting the guest(s) of honour up to dance. Group performances start and end with all members performing a choreography together, with the pieces in between including solos or smaller ensembles.

Q: How long is the show?
The best length for a solo bellydance performance is twenty minutes - most audiences will get restless during longer performances. If your event requires longer than a twenty minute performance, please contact us for a consultation.

Q: What does the dancer need to know in advance?
The dancer needs to know the name of the contact person is who will take her cd and direct her to the changing room, as well as a phone number for either the event venue or the event director.

Important Information for Event Co-ordinators

Performers require a clean room to change in that locks.
Ideally, a 10 foot by 10 foot (or larger) level space will be available for the show.
Your sound system must be loud enough fill the room - a boom box does not typically satisfy the needs of a performance.
Please tell us what type of event it is and what the cultural background of the majority of the guests is. This will help us to select music.
Please give the performer an accurate arrival and performance time. Dancers often have more than one event scheduled the same night.
Absolutely no bachelor parties or all-male audiences.
